No matter where you’re starting from, start.

Joining Second Circle

Whether you’re a long-time student of yoga or a total novice, you are welcome here. We’re here to help you create something special. Here’s how to prepare.

For your first visit, we recommend you try a Foundation class. That’s not required, but it’s the best way to dive in, particularly if you’re new to hot yoga.

Try to get here at least 10 minutes before class begins so we can introduce you to the space.

You will need:

1 - A yoga mat
2 - Water
3 - A full sized towel/yoga towel

If you don’t have a mat or towel, we can rent you one at the studio. We have a water dispenser as well but you’ll need a water bottle to fill.

Please wear appropriate clothing that you feel comfortable sweating in. And make sure to hydrate before you arrive. We have water breaks at various times throughout class, but having water before class is the best way to ensure you’re good to go.

Standards

Everyone at Second Circle is expected to maintain our Community Standards. They’re pretty basic, but it’s not a bad idea to read them before you come by.

Please keep in mind that classes begin on time, as scheduled, and we lock the doors once we start. We would very much hate to lock you out, so please make sure you are not late. Placement in class in first-come, first-served. If you would like to reserve a place online through MindBody, we will hold it for you until five minutes before class starts.
